Innovative Products of America (IPA) is hiring a Digital Assets & Compliance Assistant to support the marketing team. This position focuses on maintaining accurate product information, organizing marketing materials, and assisting with intellectual property documentation.
This role works with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content and data are properly entered, stored, and kept up to date.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit copyright filings through government systems
- Review websites and online marketplaces for potential trademark concerns and report findings
- Upload and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Maintain product details, including descriptions, categories, and images
- Organize and archive marketing files from internal teams
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Review content for accuracy, formatting, and completeness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members
Work Environment
- This is an in-person position
- Work is primarily computer-based
Pay: $19.23 - $24.04 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
