A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:
As our Clean-Out Services Team - Branch 2 Lead Technician, you'll serve as the lead technician for a two-person cleanout services crew, working hands-on to perform pest control services while also supervising and training a junior technician. You'll ensure every job is completed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, strictly adhering to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and regulatory requirements.
To Qualify, You'll Need:
- Valid Branch 2 Field Representative license
- Valid Class C driver's license
- 5 years of licensed driving experience with a clean driving record
- Strong Integrated Pest Management (IPM) experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and stringent in managing regimented, document-heavy programs
- Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to follow detailed protocols and maintain the highest standards of precision
- Ability to train and mentor others effectively
