[HCM] Business Development Intern
Position Description
- Business Development:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners in Vietnam through phone calls and emails under guidance.
- Support market research activities to gather information about client industries and key local market players.
- Project Management:
- Help track project timelines, scopes, and client requirements to support smooth project progress.
- Attend project meetings to take notes and assist with documentation and communication.
- Customer and Partner Relations:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating business meetings and partner interactions.
- Support relationship-building efforts by preparing meeting materials and follow-up communications.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with different teams to support project delivery and meet project goals.
- Monitor and report on project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business development and project coordination concepts.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally in Vietnamese
- Eagerness to learn, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in English (Written and Listening)
- Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients
- Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Working location: HCM office: Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city
- This intern role offers the opportunity for promotion to a full-time Business Development Executive position
