This is a full-time position in the firm's Jacksonville, FL office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload from inception through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft, file, and argue substantive motions.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida bar in good standing.
- 1 year of civil litigation experience.
- This is not an entry-level position; candidates must have some attorney experience, ideally in litigation.
