Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney to join the Charlotte, NC-based team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients. With 19 offices across the country, the firm proudly defends and serves national corporate clients and large self-insureds in a variety of complex matters.

The firm has a solid client services team and dedicated support staff to assist in case and client management, and they are hoping to find a dynamic new attorney who thrives in the courtroom!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage complex caseloads from inception through resolution.
- Enjoy real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active NC Bar
- At least one year of civil litigation experience
- The desire to litigate and grow your practice in a courtroom
