Innovative Driven is seeking a Legal Personnel Coordinator to join the busy Legal Personnel/Professional Development team at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients. This is truly an outstanding opportunity for a professional, hard-working candidate who aspires to build a long-term legal career!
The schedule is 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and requires flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite in the NYC office and two days remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run point on all lateral and fall associates onboarding and offboarding logistics and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining and disseminating weekly status reports.
- Process employment changes including new hires, departures, FTE changes, data integrity, etc.
- Maintain attorney personnel files and manage the legal personnel inbox.
- Oversee the verification process of I-9 documentation.
- Administer the attorney part-time program and surveys.
- Participate in the coordination and logistics of the fall associate program.
- Assist with the end of year bonuses and compensation process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
- Experience using Workday, iManage, and Microsoft Office.
- Prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
