Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least two years of federal litigation experience to join the busy team in one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients!

The role will be based in the firm's Mclean, VA office, with the expectation of onsite work for the first few months, pivoting to a hybrid schedule once the candidate is fully onboarded, trained, and acclimated,

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL:
- Have solid academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Be barred in VA, or have the ability to waive into VA
- Have at least two years of litigation experience in federal and state courts
- TCPA and general civil litigation experience highly preferred
