- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
General Role:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Responsible for handling front office reception and front office duties, including signing clients in, answering all incoming phone calls, handling company inquiries. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive referrals and log information into tracking system
- Schedule appointments
- Receive and make copies of client’s insurance card and I.D.
- Filing insurance folders
- Updating calendar
- Assisting clients with zoom
- Receiving payments for services
- Scan drug screens in Accucare
- Ability to verify Insurance Coverage
