The Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities, build relationships, and help grow our client base. You'll connect with prospects, promote IBP's solutions, and support ongoing sales efforts.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities
- Conduct outreach (calls, email, networking)
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Research accounts and decision-makers
- Meet activity goals and sales targets
- Support events, seminars, and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships and identify upsell opportunities
What You Bring
- 5 years of outside sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
Additional Details
- Life & Health license required within 3 months
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends
