What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harness Builder position at INNOVATIVE AEROSYSTEMS?
IS&S is looking for a Harness Builder that can understand and utilize engineering blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM). Perform wiring, harnessing, cabling including wire stripping, crimping, layout and lacing per IPC 620. Set up and run automated assembly equipment.
Requirements:REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Experience with ISO 9000
- Must pass eye exam
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Utilize Manual and powered hand tools
DESIRED:
- Experience working in the aircraft avionics industry
- IPC-610 Certification
