About Us
Innovations in Physical Therapy has been providing Outpatient Physical Therapy and Aquatic Physical Therapy for over 19 years in the same free-standing Medical Center location. We are a boutique clinic, not a high-volume factory. Our focus is quality care, patient outcomes, and clinician longevity.

- Average 8 patients per day
- No 15–25 patient days

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Deliver one-on-one care in aquatic and land settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, PTAs, and therapy techs
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and in-services
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional treatment environment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
PTA Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas PTA license or ability to obtain
- Comfortable working in water (aquatic training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tablets (iPads) and EMR systems
- Passion for helping patients improve quality of life

- Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7/8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7/8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (once per month)
