What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer-Shop Production position at Innovations Custom Doors, Inc.?
We are a manufacturer of custom wood cabinet doors with an immediate opening for a General Laborer.
$15.00/hr. The General Laborer will be moving between departments as needed based on the production schedule. Responsibilities will include learning to glue and clamp panels on the clamper machine, assisting in assembly, operating a saw, or marking wood door parts for the stile and rail operator. No experience necessary!
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, 1st shift only. Overtime as needed, with flexibility to come in early or stay late.
Requirements include:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment to meet order deadlines
- Physically able to bend, occasionally lift up to 30lbs, and stand on feet for 8 hours per day
- Quality-minded/attention-to-detail oriented to maintain company standards
- Ability to work overtime if needed
