Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
Duties
- Assist in the construction and building processes by performing various manual labor tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including, skid steer, mini-excavator, scaffold, and all hand tools.
- Support project scheduling and management activities, ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction to ensure standards are upheld.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Manage materials and supplies, ensuring they are organized and available for use on-site.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Concrete experience and demo experience a bonus
- Familiarity with construction management principles and practices is advantageous.
- Understanding of quality control measures within the construction industry is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts related to construction projects is desirable.
