What You'll Be Doing:
- Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
- Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
- Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
- Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process, keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
- Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous mortgage processing experience at a brokerage
- Experience with Rocket portal tools
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Clear communication
- The ability to juggle multiple files
- Comfort with mortgage systems and tech tools
- Bilingual candidate ~ Spanish speaking preferred

Salary : $20 - $25
