This role provides essential administrative, coordination, and customer support services across multiple programs, with a strong focus on documentation, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication.This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in program support, process coordination, and customer-facing environments.This is a staff augmentation role. You will be employed by Innovation Consulting LLC, not by the client organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-through.Maintain and update program documentation, records, and files in accordance with established procedures.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-up documentation and action items.Assist with CARE and Medical Baseline program processing, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.Update and manage program databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Assist with program-related reporting and operational tracking.Help organize and support program-related meetings, events, and activities.Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.Qualifications & ExperienceAssociate’s degree or equivalent education required.2–3 years of experience in a Program Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Program Coordinator, or Operations Support role.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general database or spreadsheet management.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.Experience supporting energy, utilities, public sector, or customer assistance programs is a plus.Familiarity with CARE and Medical Baseline programs is highly desirable.Work Environment & Assignment DetailsFull-time, on-site role in San Diego, CA12-month assignment with strong potential for extensionBenefitsPaid holidays$250/month Healthcare Stipend (Health Reimbursement Account)
