The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining stamping press equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production runs. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate stamping press equipment according to production requirementsInstall and align dies, adjust machine settings, and verify proper operationRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsPerform in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal outputMaintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company standardsQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 5 years of stamping press setup experienceAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsProficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Must successfully pass E-Verify, drug test (DT), and background check (BG)Resume submission and interview requiredTemp-to-hire opportunity after completing 720 hoursCompany Description“Join our team and unlock your potential!”
