Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Screen Printer to join our production team. This role involves preparing screens, mixing inks, and printing on metal substrates using manual silk screening techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and at least five years of hands-on experience in screen printing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare screens and set up printing stations for daily production
• Mix inks and colors to match design specifications
• Operate manual silk screening equipment to apply designs accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual screen printing
• Proficient in English (minimum 80% fluency)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Resume submission and interview required
