Innovar Group is hiring a Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support a rapidly growing organization. This role will partner with approximately 100 employees across commercial (sales/client-facing) and technical (engineering) teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Title: Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Westminster Hybrid (remote Mondays & Fridays)
Compensation: Up to $125K base bonus
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a key HR partner to leadership, helping shape team structure, talent strategy, and overall effectiveness
- Support and lead high-visibility initiatives such as incentive plan updates, skill development frameworks, and early-career program creation
- Collaborate with internal HR functions (recruiting, learning, compensation) to build and scale high-performing teams
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and retention
- Provide guidance to managers on performance, team dynamics, and workplace concerns
- Assist with workforce planning and ongoing organizational growth efforts
- Contribute to the evolution of HR programs, policies, and best practices as the company scales
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity
- Background supporting revenue-generating and/or technical teams preferred
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner at multiple levels
- Experience with compensation programs, organizational planning, and talent development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or HR certification is a plus)
