EH&S Area Manager
Data Center Construction
Location: Chandler, AZ
Direct Hire | $100,000–$155,000 15% bonus opportunity
Innovar Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project. This role leads field-level safety execution across electrical and mechanical installation environments and partners closely with project leadership and subcontractors to maintain strong safety performance in a fast-paced mission-critical setting.
Scope of Work
- Lead site safety efforts across active data center construction environments
- Support subcontractor safety compliance and daily field observations
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety reporting
- Coordinate orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
- Support energized work planning, LOTO practices, and permit-controlled activities
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Partner with project leadership and client safety teams to maintain OSHA compliance and site expectations
Requirements
- 5 years of construction safety experience
- Prior experience supporting data center, mission-critical, electrical infrastructure, or large industrial construction projects
- Experience working alongside general contractors or electrical subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards
- Experience conducting investigations, audits, and field safety reporting
Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following is strongly valued:
- CHST
- ASP
- CSP
