Quality Control Manager – Manufacturing & Supplier Quality
Location: Centennial, CO (Onsite, 4–5 days per week)
Travel: Up to 50% to supplier/vendor locations
Compensation: Approximately $130,000 base salary

About the Opportunity
Innovar Group is recruiting for a Quality Control Manager to join a growing manufacturer of innovative power generation and industrial energy solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working directly with suppliers, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and driving improvements across the supply chain.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in supplier quality, manufacturing quality systems, and industrial equipment, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and external vendor teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and improve the external supplier Quality Management System (QMS).
- Evaluate, qualify, and monitor suppliers to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct supplier audits, testing, and site visits.
- Lead investigations into supplier nonconformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (SCAR).
- Develop quality control plans and improve manufacturing processes.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and electrical/control schematics.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of manufacturing quality experience preferred, ideally involving external suppliers.
- Degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), supplier quality, and corrective actions.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical/control schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Centennial, CO and travel up to 50%.
Preferred Background
- Turbomachinery, power generation, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Supplier qualification, supplier audits, and supplier development.
- Root Cause Analysis, SCAR, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- ERP Syteline experience and formal quality training.
