Human Resources Generalist
Location: Centennial, CO (Onsite – 4–5 days/week)
Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 (Flexible DOE)

About the Opportunity
Innovar Group is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing manufacturing and energy solutions company in Centennial, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to take ownership of payroll, benefits, and HR operations while supporting a company developing innovative power generation technologies.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate multi-state payroll and benefits for approximately 100 employees.
- Manage benefits enrollment, administration, and vendor relationships.
- Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
What You Bring
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong payroll and benefits administration experience.
- Multi-state payroll knowledge, including California.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Paylocity.
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
- SHRM or PHR certification.
