Construction Project Manager (Data Center)

Our client is hiring a Construction Project Manager!

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with strong expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while driving quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple projects.

Location: Reno, NV

Schedule/Shift: Full-time, on-site

Employment Type: Contract, Hourly. Will consider relocation offerings.

Pay Rate: $65–$75/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within the Data Center construction space.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to lead other Project Managers, and work as a stand-alone Project Manager.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with performance management and managing subcontractors.
