We are looking for a motivated, organized, and growth-oriented Business Development & Growth Coordinator to support Innovando’s expansion efforts in Miami.

- Research potential clients, publishers, creators, businesses, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and research tools
- Support outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other communication channels
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for leadership
- Track follow-ups, outreach activity, and pipeline updates inside CRM systems
- Assist with proposal coordination and client communications
- Help identify partnership and growth opportunities
- Support basic marketing and outreach campaigns
- Help organize presentations, one-pagers, and sales materials
- Coordinate prospect-facing materials with leadership
- Assist with LinkedIn and digital outreach coordination
- Support market research related to AI, digital media, creators, and advertising trends
- Support day-to-day office coordination and organization
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Coordinate operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide professional support to leadership and internal operations
- Based in Miami, Florida or able to work in-office
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and online tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, marketing, or business support
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, Canva, or digital tools
- Interest in AI, startups, digital marketing, media, or technology
- Comfortable making calls and following up with leads
