Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces across various rooms in residential homes.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or reporting on completed work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and outdoor surface upkeep.
