As an Operations Support Specialist, you will:
A specialized team within Client dedicated to assisting clients during the inheritance process. The Estate & Inheritor Services Specialist will manage the transition of assets for individual clients, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Wealth Management clients, Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates, and Branch Management. This role involves close collaboration with branches and internal departments, leveraging internal applications, and processing paperwork in a virtual branch environment to ensure seamless inheritance and legacy transfers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide dedicated one-on-one guidance throughout the inheritance process, demonstrating empathy and relationship management skills.
- Communication: Proactively engage with clients and beneficiaries via phone and email, ensuring transparency and high-quality service.
- Request Management: Process and follow up on client service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Expectation Setting: Establish clear expectations with clients and beneficiaries in line with Service Level Agreements, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Customer Service: Deliver world-class service to both internal and external clients in all interactions.
- Problem Resolution: Research and resolve client issues accurately and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- System Utilization: Leverage client systems to document and track all case interactions.
- Case Management: Actively monitor and document daily case load using technology resources.
- Risk Mitigation: Apply firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity.
- Compliance: Stay current on SEC/FINRA, Compliance, and Firm guidelines, applying them to all processes and interactions.
Education & Experience
- College Degree preferred.
- 3–4 years of financial services industry experience preferred, including client service interactions.
- Knowledge of estates, trusts, retirement plans, account opening, and asset distribution processes is advantageous.

- Clerical & Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent client service and relationship management.
- Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to research, resolve, and escalate service inquiries appropriately.
- Efficiency: Capable of handling high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Client systems preferred.
- Teamwork: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a collaborative, high-activity environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20.00- $25.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
