• Analyzing performance to daily schedules or orders
• Learning the production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment
• Reducing or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues
• Identifying quality defects trends through root cause analysis and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects
• Providing recommendations on process improvements that reduce non-value added work which would improve cost and flow.
• Depending on the internal and external impacts to the team, you may be building disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to get back to the baseline plan while working to mitigate impacts to the downstream work statement and major milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
- 1 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles.
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
- Proficient in structured problem solving.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $35 per hour-$40 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
