IT Program Manager responsible for leading the execution and enterprise adoption of Testing-related Audit Issues, ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC quality assurance standards.

Pay Range*: $60 - $64 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Agile tools (Jira)
- 5 years of experience working within established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) or equivalent structured lifecycle frameworks in engineering, healthcare, or operations environments (e.g., Engineering Lifecycle Management, systems engineering/V-model, project lifecycle management, Lean/Six Sigma, PDSA) with a proven ability to drive adoption of new processes, standards, or audit requirements
- Demonstrated experience applying structured delivery processes, including requirements definition, planning, execution, testing/validation, and deployment with strong regulatory compliance context
- Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles, testing lifecycle, and governance, including validation, defect management, and quality controls
