PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Translate a core campaign concept into multiple social and digital executions
- Lead art direction and design across paid social, organic, digital, CRM, and landing pages
- Ensure high craft, consistency, and premium visual standards across all assets
- Collaborate with copy, strategy, and production partners
- Present creative work confidently to stakeholders
- Own projects end?to?end, from concept through final delivery
Requirements
- ACD?level experience or Senior Art Director operating at ACD level
- Strong background in social?first and digital campaigns
- Experience with premium, lifestyle, or heritage brands
- Proven ability to scale ideas into full content systems
- High taste level, strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal creative oversight
- Agency or high?end in?house creative experience
Ideal Background
- Art?led creative with experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, finance, or lifestyle
- Strong balance of conceptual thinking and hands?on execution
- Confident collaborator who can also work autonomously
