Hybrid/Local (Austin ONLY) TX Govt .Net Full Stack Developer/Architect (15 ) with C#, ASP.net, Oracle, Agile/Scrum experience

Location: Austin, TX (HHSC)
Duration: 10 Months
Position is ONSITE/Hybrid at the location listed above (with some hybrid work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote determined by the hiring manager). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position. The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY. Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Skills:
7 Required Experience in computer programming, analysis and development of complex business processes and system solutions
7 Required Experience in coding, testing, and debugging of programs that are in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution, performance or enhancement

Description:

4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Job Description
Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

Additional job details and special considerations
Designs, codes and modifies complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.net, and Oracle Database. Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc. Uses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (which include programming standards, documentation standards and testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications. Participates in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.
