Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end application and infrastructure release lifecycle.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, Go/No-Go meetings, and production releases.
- Lead CAB meetings and ensure compliance with ITIL Change Management processes.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams for successful releases.
- Identify and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and production issues.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Track release metrics, prepare status reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 8 years of IT experience with 5 years in Release Management.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Salary : $60 - $65
