We’re looking for a high-caliber International Director to lead our global expansion across compliance, product formulation, regulatory registration, and international distribution. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for navigating complex global markets, owning international product strategy, and building the operational backbone that will fuel Inno Supps’ worldwide growth.

What You’ll Lead
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with global trade laws, import/export regulations, and country-specific requirements
- Partner with legal and regulatory teams to monitor evolving global standards
- Build scalable compliance frameworks that support rapid expansion
Product Formulation
- Guide global formulation and reformulation to meet market-specific ingredient and labeling requirements
- Partner with R&D, Product Development, and QA to maintain consistency and safety across all markets
- Oversee certifications, claims, and international labeling standards
Global Registration
- Lead end-to-end product registration across international regions
- Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stay ahead of requirements
- Streamline processes to accelerate time-to-market
International Distribution
- Develop region-tailored distribution strategies across partnerships, logistics, and supply chain
- Ensure fulfillment meets expectations for each market
- Negotiate with global distributors and logistics partners to maximize reach

- 10 years of leadership in international operations, compliance, regulatory affairs, or global distribution
- Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and product registration
- Proven success scaling products in multiple international markets
- Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication abilities
