Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Eastern and Southern United States. This role is responsible for developing territory strategy, managing distributor and independent rep relationships, and directly engaging key telecom, broadband, and fiber infrastructure customers.
The ideal candidate will bring an established network within the fiber optic or telecommunications industry and a proven ability to convert industry relationships into pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
- Established relationships with regional reps, distributors, contractors, and/or Tier 1 & Tier 2 carriers
- Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and structure sales territories
- Experience selling fiber optic equipment, fusion splicers, OTDRs, or related test & measurement solutions
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Ability to execute territory strategy and generate new pipeline independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required
