Your Core Responsibilities!
- Supervising and directing all cooks and dietary aides within the department
- Managing staff scheduling to maintain full and effective department coverage
- Coordinating all food and supply ordering to meet resident dietary needs
- Monitoring and enforcing adherence to all dietary policies and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of care and compliance in a long-term care environment
