What You Will Be Doing!
- Providing direct nursing care to long-term care residents during overnight hours
- Monitoring resident conditions and responding to changes in health status
- Administering medications and treatments according to orders and care plans
- Supervising and supporting CNAs while coordinating overnight resident care
- Completing accurate documentation and communicating resident updates during shift handoff
