Job description:
Innerspace Counseling is New Jersey’s Premiere Intensive Mental Health Program Specialist serving children, adolescents, and adults with primary mental health diagnoses. Each of our patients receives individualized, high quality care through a variety of empirically based treatments including but not limited to DBT, CBT, ERP, & ACT. We offer IOP & PHP programs for general mental health, OCD & Anxiety, & Perinatal Wellness (pregnancy through postpartum). In each program patients are provided a psychiatric assessment and treatment plan, individual therapy, group therapy, family sessions, and medication counseling. Our goal is to set people on a path toward long-term success and healing through our caring and empowering approach.
We are currently seeking multiple licensed clinicians to run groups for our primary mental health IOP and PHP programs for children, teens, adults. All candidates must have an LAC, LSW, or MFT at minimum and have at least one year of experience in the provision of mental health services with youth and adults respectively. PMH-C, DBT or ERP trained, and creative arts therapists encouraged to apply.
Groups are conducted in 2 hr. and 3 hr. increments, running M-F 10-1, M-F 1:30-3:30 and M, W, Th from 4-6. We have programs running in person and hybrid. This position must be able to be in the office for in person clients.
This is a 1099 position. Hourly rate is $40-$50 per hour, dependent on licensure and experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to supplement their income, work part time, or have gaps of time to fill at some point in their day.
Minimal Requirements Include:
1. IOP/PHP Group Leader experience
2. 1 year experience in the provision of mental health services with youth and adults respectively
3. Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills
4. LAC or LSW at minimum.
Experience:
- Group therapy: 1 year (Required)
- IOP/PHP: 1 year (Required)
- DBT, ERP, and/or PMH-C training, preferred
- Experience running hybrid groups, preferred
