Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) located in East Brunswick, NJ or Somerville, NJ. We are also hiring provisionally licensed therapists. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate case documentation. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to offer the best care to our clients, and participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Skills in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health
- Experience in Case Management and Family Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience with diverse populations is a plus
