Based in East Brunswick and Somerville, New Jersey, we provide in-office sessions as well as teletherapy to clients throughout the state of New Jersey. Our mission is to support mental health and well-being by delivering professional and personalized care. We are currently expanding our team and seeking skilled full-time LPC/LCSW therapists to join us.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Therapist based in Somerville, NJ or East Brunswick, NJ. The Clinical Therapist will deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, and provide support for various mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Social Work and Psychology
- Experience working with clients in Mental Health and Case Management settings
- Proficiency in Family Therapy and ability to address relationship dynamics
- Active licensure as LAC, LPC or LSW, LCSW in New Jersey
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Cultural competency and ability to work with a diverse client population
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting is a plus
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
