InnerCalm Wellness is a modern, multi-location mental health practice specializing in advanced, evidence-based treatments for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and OCD. Our Hicksville NY location offers the latest in interventional psychiatry, including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato® (esketamine therapy), and Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS).
We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate TMS & Spravato Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This position provides direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, supporting safe and effective treatment delivery while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Spravato® (Esketamine) Administration
• Complete intake and screening checklists for new Spravato patients.
• Record and monitor vital signs before and during each treatment session.
• Observe patients throughout Spravato treatment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and welfare during post-dose monitoring.
• Enroll new patients in the REMS program prior to initiating therapy.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date REMS documentation for all active patients.
• Monitor Spravato inventory and order weekly or as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to track treatment cycles, progress, and outcomes.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
• Deliver TMS treatments as directed by a supervising physician.
• Manage daily TMS patient scheduling, session setup, and documentation.
• Record detailed treatment notes and ensure appropriate follow-up appointments.
• Prioritize urgent patient needs and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Qualifications
• High school graduate
• Previous experience with Spravato or TMS therapy strongly preferred (training provided if needed).
• Comfort working in a patient-facing clinical setting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Commitment to patient safety, compassion, and professional ethics.
Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time position, Monday–Friday.
