What You’ll Do
Check in with clients to ensure quality care Communicate with families and support coordinators Review client and staff files for accuracy Track CPR, background checks, and required trainings Assist with LDH compliance, audits, and documentation Ensure services match each client’s Plan of Care
Requirements
• Experience in HCBS, healthcare, case management, or compliance is a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with documentation and follow‑up
• Reliable transportation
