Mental Health Therapist

Inner Peace Therapeutic Services is a trauma-informed group private practice serving Southern Maryland. We provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Compensation & Benefits: Annual Earning Potential: $60,000-$85,000

Our compensation model is based on completed clinical sessions and is supported by a strong referral network and established caseload demand.

Current clinicians in our practice are earning within this range based on actual client attendance and completed sessions.

Compensation Structure

• $48-$75 per completed clinical session
• $35/hour for required meetings, trainings, supervision, and practice-directed administrative duties

Caseload ExpectationsFull-Time

• Approximately 23 attended client sessions per week
• Typical earning potential: $60,000-$85,000

Part-Time

• Minimum of 15 attended client sessions per week
• Flexible scheduling options available

This is a hybrid position requiring both telehealth and in-person counseling services. Candidates must be willing to maintain an in-office presence and provide face-to-face sessions as needed.

Required

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Maryland license as:
• LCPC
• LCSW-C
• LCMFT
• LGPC
• LMSW

Preferred

• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families
• Trauma-informed clinical approach
• Experience with insurance-based treatment
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as required
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and administrative staff
