Position Overview
Inner Peace Therapeutic Services is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our growing multidisciplinary group practice.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing psychotherapy while also mentoring, supervising, and supporting the professional development of emerging social workers.
The selected clinician will maintain an active caseload of approximately 18–20 client sessions per week while serving as the clinical supervisor for our LMSW clinicians and interns working toward independent clinical licensure.

Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 18–20 client sessions weekly.
- Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse outpatient population.
- Complete clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and documentation standards.
Clinical Supervision and Leadership
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians pursuing advanced licensure in accordance with Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners requirements.
- Provide clinical consultation, case conceptualization support, and guidance regarding complex cases.
- Support LMSW clinicians in developing assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Monitor clinical quality and documentation practices within the social work team.
- Provide guidance regarding ethical decision-making, professional boundaries, and risk management.
- Maintain required supervision records and documentation.
- Collaborate with practice leadership to promote professional development, clinical excellence, and continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C license.
- Meets Maryland Board requirements to provide clinical supervision toward LCSW-C licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case conceptualization skills.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance direct clinical responsibilities with supervisory duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians.
- Experience working in a group private practice setting.
- Experience with trauma-informed treatment approaches.
- EMDR training or clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in mentoring and developing early-career clinicians.

Compensation: Competitive clinical compensation with additional compensation for designated supervision and leadership responsibilities. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay: $66.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
