We Are Hiring! Join Our Front Desk Team!
Inner Light Family Chiropractic is a growing, driven family wellness practice in Lehi, UT specializing in neurological, pediatric, and prenatal chiropractic care. We're looking for a warm, fun, organized, and energetic Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to be the heartbeat of our front desk.
What You'll Do
- Be the first face patients see - greet everyone with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and payments with accuracy
- Handle phones, texts, emails, and faxes… you keep the communication lines clear
- Give new patients a memorable tour of the office
- Assist with neurological scans and X-rays (we'll train you)
- Help families with kids feel comfortable. Yes, that might mean holding a baby while mom gets adjusted
- Keep the front desk running smoothly so the doctor can stay focused on patients
- Assist in community outreach efforts such as networking within the community, marketing the practice, etc.

Pay
Starting at $16–$18/hr during training, with a clear path to higher wages as you grow with us. This is a long-term opportunity with real advancement for the right person.
