Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a construction office? We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing critical administrative support across the office.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and presentable front office and shared spaces
- Manage office supplies, copier stocking, and kitchen upkeep
- Support HR with applicant paperwork and assist new hires with applications
- Provide administrative assistance to the Controller and managers as needed
- Gain hands-on experience with accounting functions, including:
- Basic accounts payable and payroll entry
- Bank reconciliations and fuel log maintenance
- Vendor billing and credit applications
