Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide compassionate, effective counseling services to adults in a private practice setting. The counselor will deliver individual and group therapy, support crisis services, conduct assessments and referrals, and manage an independent caseload. Clinical support includes individual and group supervision, an on-site licensed supervisor, and an external supervision arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assess adult clients and complete risk assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Deliver crisis intervention and crisis services.
• Document client progress and care activities in the EHR.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage an independent caseload and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain ethical compliance and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in professional counseling.
