Position Summary
Alliance Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient counseling services and support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals. This is a contracted percentage-model position, with compensation based on an agreed-upon percentage of collected revenue.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services to clients
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other providers and multidisciplinary team members as needed
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Provide crisis intervention when appropriate
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Alabama licensure as an LPC or LCSW
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Compensation
