Job Summary
Inner Gardener Acupuncture is a growing acupuncture clinic in Clayton, GA, serving patients who are looking for thoughtful, effective care for pain, digestion, respiratory health, neuropathy, sleep, and immune health.
We are looking for a part-time Licensed Acupuncturist to join the clinic as an employee. This is a good fit for someone who loves to practice TCM , values a calm and grounded treatment space, and wants to grow inside an established clinic without having to build everything alone.

Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health histories and current conditions to develop tailored acupuncture treatment plans
- Perform safe and effective acupuncture procedures using sterile, high-quality needles in accordance with licensing standards
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and holistic health practices to enhance treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatments, progress notes, and observations.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing laws, safety protocols, and clinic policies at all times
- Promote patient comfort and satisfaction by creating a welcoming, calming environment during visits.
Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in Georgia
- Proven experience in providing acupuncture treatments with a strong understanding of traditional Chinese medicine techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and health recommendations to patients
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and holistic health principles relevant to acupuncture practice
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
- Passion for promoting wellness through natural healing methods
- Active malpractice insurance
- Clean Needle Technique certification
- CPR/BLS preferred
- Familiar with ESTIM machines and procedures
- Diverse continuing education related to acupuncture, physical therapy, nutrition, exercise physiology and rehabilitation.
Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour
