Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle tasks such as processing expense reports, tracking and maintaining financial records, entering and reconciling journal entries, and supporting the finance and accounting teams. The role requires maintaining accuracy and timeliness in vendor payment processing and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience with Expense Reports and attention to detail for managing financial records
- Proficiency in Finance, Accounting knowledge, and handling Journal Entries
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to work with financial data
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation finance is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years with QBO/INTUIT platform
