Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Selling Specialist based in Houston, TX. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to provide exceptional service, educate them about INNBEAUTY Project products, and drive sales. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, assisting with product recommendations, and contributing to the success of the retail team. Additionally, you will support the execution of training initiatives for retail staff as needed to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide outstanding support
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong Product Knowledge to educate customers and recommend solutions tailored to their needs
- Experience in customer or staff Training to ensure brand values and product knowledge are effectively communicated
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a passion for skincare and beauty
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in retail or skincare/beauty industry is preferred
