Located in Rochester, NY, the Inn On Broadway is a boutique hotel offering luxurious accommodations with a blend of historic charm and modern comforts. With 25 uniquely designed rooms, the hotel provides premium amenities, personalized service, and an intimate atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The Inn also features versatile event spaces for weddings, business meetings, and other celebrations, coupled with its on-site Gio's Prime Steakhouse, known for its fine dining experience. Targeting both leisure and business travelers, the Inn is positioned near local attractions, shopping, and entertainment.

Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Create visually appealing plate presentations
- Execute pasta dishes, scratch cooking, broiling, seafood, and sauce making
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and food quality
- Adhere to portion control and a la carte cooking techniques
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Experience with pastry making, dietary restrictions, and special diets
- Proficiency in sautéing, knife skills, and back of house operations
- Ability to prepare baked goods, soups, and handle dietary restrictions
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience with pastry making and pastry decoration
- Knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $25.00 per hour
