Responsibilities
- Transport guests around the resort using resort vehicles.
- Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, checkout, and throughout stay.
- Remain aware of all pertinent information, including but not limited to: location and features of guest rooms, onsite activities and events, events within the immediate area, etc.
- Deliver messages, faxes, parcels and packages or amenities to guest room; as well as answer phones and delivering messages.
- Handle the transfer of luggage properly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean and organized bell carts, closets, shuttles and circle drive entrance.
- Uphold a clean, neat, well-organized work area and be aware of and follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Assist the front desk and other guest service areas as needed.
- Tracking, transporting and storing guest personal and rental equipment.
- Off guest local insight on mountain conditions, weather, ski trail and events around the mountain.
- Assist in handling concerns/problems in a professional manner by following resort guidelines.
- Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold valid driver’s license/Chauffer’s license
