- Be on time for your shift and perform sessions with total focus on safety, attention, and timeliness.
- Provide consistent professional fitness class instruction in accordance with accepted certification practices.
- Design and implement workout plans or programs.
- Ensure that classes are safe, enjoyable, and cater to varying fitness levels.
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the spa's needs.
- Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Report any safety concerns or malfunctioning equipment to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and certifications to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Fitness classroom experience.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Maintain proper up to date specialized certifications.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and injury prevention.
